Brief de Design de Flyer

I would like to do a tri-fold flyer to promote my two restaurants located close to each other and help concierges understand the subtle differences between them. I have done a mock in powerpoint but it is 300+MB so i took pics of my mock to attach and will attach the separate pictures and text. i would like it put into a proper flyer template and get help to clean up the design, particularly the flyer header which should show either i) our BELLA PIZZA and BELLA PASTA logo or ii) show BELLA logo and then have the words Bella Pizza Bella Pasta below it (in non-logo). I have the logo files in vector and pdf too if that is better. I need help to photoshop the logos to work with the flyer and clean up overall design. The pages which shows the restaurant contact details is also a little hard to read in the current layout. Open to all changes.
