Brief de Design de Logo

We need a new logo design for a fintech start-up based in Sydney, Australia called PrimaryMarkets.com. It was named PrimaryMarket (no 's') but we changed it recently as we moved from a .com.au domain address to a .com address. We term it the "eBay for unlisted financial securities and investments" - not the coolest of taglines... It is a platform that creates 'healthy' markets for the trading of typically illiquid financial securities and investments and delivers liquidity to its Members (marketplaces/exchanges such as NASDAQ, FTSE & NYSE are for listed financial securities and investments - and we don't trade in these). It is a marketplace that brings together a larger audience of Sellers and Buyers to generate greater liquidity for the various unlisted financial securities and investment markets. We also use another tagline - "delivering liquidity'. We want a design that communicates a platform that delivers liquidity through successful transactions. Have attached the old logo.
