Brief de Design de Brochure
We need a graphic design for a company based in Vancouver, BC, Canada called 'C-Best Construction Ltd'. C-Best Construction is a company that specializes in building custom residential houses. The company has been in business for approximately 20 years. We specialize in building 1, 2, and 3 story houses as well as Laneway (coach) homes. We allow our customers to build there dream homes by working with our architects to build a design of there choosing. They also have all the options of choosing whatever materials they want in there houses for eg. doors, faucets, bathroom fixtures etc.We would like to see designs that use the color red and white.
Our second division of C-Best Construction is called "C-Best Environmental" which specializes in the testing and removal of hazardous materials i.e asbestos. The testing and removal of asbestos is a municipal requirement throughout the lower mainland. All hazardous materials must be removed prior to the demolition of any residential building. It would be nice to have parts of the brochure use the colour green to emphazise this companies colour.

We've re-read our task description and it says "We need a graphic design...". Actually what we meant to say is we are looking for someone who can create us a BROCHURE/FLYER, which can include graphic designs as we do not have one at the moment. We're looking for someone who can create a brochure that encompasses the information already provided and more. More information can be provided and probably will be provided once some designs have come our way. Sorry for the confusion!
