Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo for a Brewpub(tavern that brews its own craft beers and serves small plates) based out of Newfoundland, a island province in Canada that has a textured history with deep roots in the fishery. Looking maybe to incorporate an anchor into the logo? This is a classy, Semi Fine dining establishment. Looking for rustic, modern and have an old feel to it. Hope this helps!
