Brief de Design de Papeterie
We require an NCR order form just like the one attached but altered for our company.
Please read the word document for exact changes to some of the text.
The layout and specifics are shown in the four scanned documents.
The text on page 3 and 4 which are scanned cannot be read due to yellow background. These are included so that you can see the overall look and feel of how the form will finish.
The pictures (text 1 and text 2) can be zoomed in on to see the exact text.
We require four single page pdf documents as a minimum.
Scanned versions are not acceptable we would like the document built from scratch.
Although the form should follow the layout feel free to include any slight alterations or designers touches which will help personalise and brand the form.
