The Clarity Compass is a leadership development tool that supports people to become more effective and empowered in their lives, both personally and professionally. Each direction of the Compass represents a different competency: Intentions (North), Actions (South), Facts (East), and Stories (West) [Intentions to Actions / facts Vs. Stories]. Through the illuminating process of putting these skills into practice, people begin to wake people up to the blind spots that have been keeping them stuck, break free of their limitations, and start getting the results they truly want. Dr. Brit Poulson is an Executive Coach, founder of Poulson Leadership Consultants, and creator of the Clarity Compass. He has just written a book to share this guiding tool with the world, titled “The Clarity Compass: Creating the Life You Want in a World of Chaos.” The book is slated to launch in Spring of 2016. This logo will appear on the spine of the book and throughout its internal pages, as well as on the Clarity Compass social media platforms (website, Facebook page, blog, etc.) and in all Clarity Compass program, training, and promotional materials.

- We realize through this contest that because the emphasis of the Clarity Compass is on the north-south as well as the East-West continuums/polarities, that is probably better to not have a Compass needle unless it is pointing north.
