Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a new social golf club. The club is called 'Single Malt Golf Club'. The club will be for young energetic people interested in golf, enjoy a whisky, good company and good times. The logo should incorporate the name, and some sort of graphic. We are trying to stay away from typical shields or coats of arms. The logo must look good embroidered on a polo shirt, hat and other clothing, as well as letterheads and emails. It should be colourful, but not more than two or three colours and a black or grey for the words (although the words can be any colour).
