Brief de Design de Logo

I have a couple of businesses that I operate, in no particular: order - Drain Cleaning - Plumbing Repairs - Paraglider Sales _ Auctioneer and Magician.
While most of these have their own logo I am tired of having to update all of them.
What I want to do is create a "LeGrand And Company" Logo I will then use this one logo on all the cards/flyers/trucks etc., and change the verbiage or pictures on each to fit that particular business.
The LOGO should be easy to recreate. It should convey TRUST, QUALITY, HONESTY, PROFESSIONALISM.. Think of it this way; if you saw my company name would you trust me auctioning off all you private belongings? Would you feel good leaving me with all your kids at a party? Would you look at the name and say " this company Is professional and does quality work?
We are only as good as our name and if my name is on it I want people to just feel comfortable when they first see our name, in print or on a sign

• Other than the comments above in the description, I don't have any that's why I'm paying you guys/gals... I only put drain cleaning in the "Industry" because this site MADE me pick an industry. MY TRUE objective is listed in the project description. Feel free to use Magician, Paragliding or Auctioneer if it helps you come up with a better design.
