Brief de Design de Logo

We need a refreshed logo design for our growing catering company based in Los Angeles, called "Gourgen Caters". Our previous brand was called "Gourgen's Catering" but we decided to shorten the name to reflect the modern times and new changes. Also, it's easier to say. The logo will be branded on all our marketing, business cards, vans, building, website, t-shirts. Logo should be easy to read, and instantly recognizable.
