Brief de Design de Logo

We are a property preservation company. Meaning we take care of properties. We do it all from grass cuts to landscaping to roofing, remodeling, hvac, plumbing, etc. Anything a home could need we provide. We have tried finding a logo before but haven't found anything we felt was just right yet. The image we included down below is an idea we had awhile back but still do not feel it is quite right. We like the greens but feel there might be two much green in the logo so where thinking maybe just make the "Green" in "Greenhouse" green and the rest in black? We are looking for something that has to do with our name and is attracting. Catches peoples attention/eye. We would like green to be in the logo and we are open to other colors along with green. The green in the logo we would like to be a nice vibrant green not anything dull.
