Brief de Design de Logo

We are a biotech start up focused on RNA sequencing, named Cofactor Genomics. Our new product is called AllSplice .
We have a few rough sketches of what we are looking for (we really like the hand-drawn ones but we like all three). Ive also included some pictures of our company logo and our offices. We like simple, clean design. Not too many colors (limit to two, please). Our clients are scientists and researchers doing cutting-edge work.
We would love the name (AllSplice) with the logo if possible.
Simple strong design that is not too futuristic is always favored.

If you have something better than what we sketched, then go with it.

If we work well together, then we would love to work directly with you in the future.
