Hi , sorry for the silly question but what are the hairdressers doing to the client? I mean what do they have in their hands? I dont understand the part "...During this treatment, the customers has to have her hair straightened on lock for 10 times. " Her head has anything on it?

The Keratin treatment takes 2-3 hours!

By having two stylists at the same time, you can finish quicker. Both stylists should be using hair straighteners.
