Brief de Design Graphique

I am looking for a package deal on labels, business card design, brochure, and banner design for my new company "Bonsai All-Natural Mineral Makeup". It is a fun project and I am looking for a designer who is in touch with their feminine side as I am wanting a pretty, elegant type of label that is brightly colored and "feel good" if you are still with me :)

I have 3 different sizes of jars and I will need front and back for each.. mainly the same label with slightly altered ingred. info. I also need business card, brochure, and a banner designed that will reflect the label design as well.

Hoping for something funky, fun, yet elegant. I love the rough draft of the label I have.. but I do not care for the tree.. as it looks nothing like a bonsai. I would love to have a cherry blossom bonsai in place of the tree on my current label with larger bubbly looking flowers. I am looking for creativity as i'm not too set on anything as long as its within the theme of what I have described and you see in the rough draft.
