Brief de Design de Logo

We are looking for a new logo after separating from our franchise. We are a located in a small, historic town in upstate New York; however, our county is bustling and we need a new, professional logo that represents our competitiveness as a "mom & pop" shop among the larger real estate companies.

Our current marketing material utilizes a skeleton key as part of our logo. We would like the new logo to include a skeleton key with an antique feel while keeping the design modern and streamlined.

The design would preferably have the colors black, white, and gold.

I've added the horrible logo we are currently using to this brief.
