Brief de Design de Logo

Ozzbuild is a Building company in Sydney Australia. Our current design is basic and has served its purpose as we grew. We now need something that is modern and classy as our market now is in the high end of the industry. We are not opposed to any colours but would not like any pictures of "tools" eg hammers, pencils etc in the logo design. I have put 3 examples below of other logos i like for your reference. I also included the current logo on the business card, you can see how basic it is in design, the new logo should be comparable in quality to the other 3 examples. UPDATE logo should have a 3D element to it.
