these are the standard poster size

8.5" x 11"

11" x 17"
Just slightly bigger than the 8.5" x 11" prints, posters in this size are also used for advertisements or announcements that will be placed in areas with restricted space. Phone booths, community boards and street posts are where you can commonly find them. You can use these if you need to include information or images that the 8.5" x 11" poster cannot handle. Advertising home-based businesses like lemonade stands, garage sales, or selling of baked goodies are among the ways to use an 11" x 17" poster.

Thanks for the questions... I believe 27" X 41" is standard movie poster size. However, this is being used for a kick-starter campaign online, and private presentations so we don''t have a precise requirement beyond "not some bizzare non-standard shape".
