Brief de Design Illustration

We are looking to design a 2” round label for a product.
It needs to be American style traditional tattoo art. Please only attempt this if you are familiar with tattoo styling. This product will be for the tattoo audience, so being authentic is important.
The image is female - think Rosie the Riveter meets modern Pin up girl.
She is Brunette, has hazel eyes, she is hip, relaxes, happy, confident. She has red lips and hazel eyes.
A key element is that she must have a tangerine colored CALENDULA flower in her hair (see attached what real flower looks like - ok to take some creative liberty with it).
The orange of the flower needs to be a softer tangerine orange (think tropical) and a color that will blend with the other colors in the art.
Area of the body: shoulders/neck and up.
Prefer side view of her face, glancing over the shoulder and looking at you, the flower standing out against her dark hair - see inspo attached.
We need a bit of room somewhere to work in some text for the product name so please keep this in mind.

• not sure how much color - if it should be simple with just a couple pops of color?
• note - we will only be using this initial head/shoulder piece on the 2" round art. if the designer wants keep in mind an additional application that will work with this piece we will welcome that. We intend to add a rectangle shape label to the product collection, so it would be great to have the essence of this piece work well with other shapes and spaces.
