Brief de Design de Logo
New York City-based Central Park Divorce Financial Planning provides individuals or couples going through a divorce with financial financial planning services.
I had planned to use an iStock or ShutterStock image as a logo but then realized I could not. I had created the attached mock-up of a business card that I thought worked well. The tree image is consistent with the Central Park name as well as communicating strength and rebirth (which along with financial expertise and compassion is what I'd like to communicate). The image projected should be consistent with a law or accounting firm as we deal with serious matters. The color green seems to work well because it is consistent with "Central Park," rebirth, things financial, etc. but I'm open to other colors as well. NOTE: THE TREE CONCEPT IS ONE IDEA. MANY OF THE EARLY SUBMISSIONS USED IT. I AM, HOWEVER, I'M VERY OPEN TO OTHER CONCEPTS AS WELL.
I have a second company, Central Park Consulting, which provides strategy and pricing consulting. Ideally I could could use a single logo for both companies and, as such, I'm not averse to a logo that doesn't include the Central Park Divorce Financial Planning name (which is long and probably not to easy to use anyway). I could then fuse the logo with either company name as I did in the business card mock-up. But I'd also consider options that only work for Central Park Divorce Financial Planning.
The logo ultimately will be used on a website, business cards, business stationery and presentation materials produced for clients.

- Color palette did not include browns which I think, as part of the logo, would work well. In a tree design, in particular, brown work well for the trunk and branches.
