Brief de Design de Flyer

I am look for a professional look for my agency overview flyers.

I wish to have it in the formatted example I have created with a more creative and professional touch.

I would like a map designed with the main streets leading to our office.

YOU MUST KEEP THE ORIGINAL STATE FARM LOGO!!!!
YOU CANNOT RECREATE THE LOGO!!!

I would like to add a family photo in the About Mike section of the brochure. Your choice of which would look better for the flyer.

I am having trouble figuring out what to add on the blank side. You are allowed to be creative with filling in the blank side as long as it deals with State Farm. NOTHING MORE.

I am sending additions pictures that I would like to replace with the ones on the brochure. I want the single photo of myself in front of the brochure. It is your choice of which family picture will be better for the brochure.
