Brief de Design de PowerPoint

I'm working on a powerpoint deck and I need some help making it more graphical. The powerpoint outlines the problems "problems" in the commercial real estate industry now and how our software makes the process easier. I'm trying to visualize the inefficiencies of brokers emailing back and forth a Microsoft word document then taking the negotiated document which is just a letter of intent and having to convert it into an abstract and a lease. When visualizing this conversion, I want to show that it's very tedious and prone to human error.

Problems to visualize:
Emailing a .doc file back and forth is frustrating and can take forever. Problems such as am I editing the right version, did they do it in a compatible version of word, etc

Once we've negotiated the LOI, manually converting it to a Lease and abstract takes time and is prone to human error. Additionally, if I want to hire a lawyer to do it it is expensive ($2-3k)

All this work is not reportable to my manager. If he wants to know what I've been spending my time on, I have to create an activity document and manually type it all out.

These documents are all over the place and not in one central location.

In addition to these visualizations, helping improve the overall look and feel and template of the attached presentation.
