Brief de Design de Logo

Hey,
I need a logo for my brewery, something unconventional.
I want the name 'Brocks' at the top, probably in an old English style newspaper text, perhaps but am open for other ideas.
In the middle of the logo I want a ferocious looking badger coming out and then 'Brewery' beneath that and 'Sydney, Australia'
I want something kind of outside of the box. I was thinking black,white and gray but I'm open to most ideas.
i added a pic, i was thinking for the badger head to look kind of like the one i put up, side of the head kind of, ferocious
