Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo for a model we have created called the Versatility Factor. When we dynamically access and blend both masculine and feminine strengths; we become optimally versatile and effective across any situation we encounter. We call the relative ability to access masculine and feminine strengths your “Versatility Factor”, or “V-Factor”. When we use both styles to achieve goals we become more versatile and raise our V-Factor. Conversely, when we limit ourselves to either masculine or feminine approaches we become less versatile and lower our V-Factor. This new terminology not only holds the power to resolve gender issues in the work place, it could also expand the very nature of business and open new ways to succeed at work. Examples of masculine strengths include being more structured, competitive and strategic, while feminine strengths include being collaborative, thoughtful and open. We see the letter V as a means to represent growing out and up in two opposite directions. While we are calling this a logo it's also needed to be a graphic representation to display the results of our assessment. I need a logo design that emphasizes the letter V that will be used in the name Versatility Factor and can be shortened to V-Factor and will also be used to display the V-factor scores on the results that come from the assessment (conceptual example attached).
