Brief de Design de Flyer

We need an A5 flyer showing the 4 main elements of what we offer at Xmas, so a very xmassy type of flyer with pricing & contact details that can be distributed to generate interest.

Open Nov 30th to Dec 24th 10am to 4pm daily
1/ Post your letter to Santa in our own special Santa Express post box. COST FREE
2/ Sit on Santa's sleigh and take your own pictures COST FREE
3/ Meet and feed Santa's real reindeer £2.50 per person
4/ Meet Santa and receive a gift £6 per child (only at weekends)

Logo is attached, it was designed transparent to be white on a red background. Our reindeer are growing antlers so you would need to use stock images, I don't have high res images of the sleigh or postbox as we don't have them yet but added in low res pics so you can see just for info, you could use stock again for these.

I would be looking for a design that I could pass straight on for printing but also one I could edit to change prices etc if needed so would like the layered source, thank you.
