I think the problem is... You did not create it and DC requires all material submitted be "original". Good luck.

Okay sir... You are not getting my point. I have at least 2-3 months here. Before that i have been designing in pages like 99 designs and logo my way. I have used the icon there, and since they have their " sucker " option where everyone can see the icons the designs, I am pretty sure it has been taken from there and put in these shutterstock, or whatever they are sites. Feel free to send DC a message, I will explain them again the process. I am suggesting you to close the portfolio since this is not the first time they take an icon. I design many years, and this is not the first case in copyright. However thanks for reporting me, now i have to go and explain them the same story :)

I think where it becomes obvious you stole the clipart is, it is in an entire matching set all done by one designer for Shutterstock. This is not a single item that has been stolen from you, but a piece of a set that you stole. Nice try though and good luck trying to get out of this. I too have designed for many other sites and many companies and corporations around the world for the past 23 years. This is not my first rodeo. This concludes my involvement in this conversation.

Okay. You are trying to show out your professional work with this message. 23 years of your work doesn't mean that 15 years of another designer may be the same. If you are successful for 23 years i wish you more years in the future. But it does not mean at all that this makes me guilty and you are being the angel here. I am explaining this so everyone can see that this case is not what it looks like. If it was for trying out and getting away from this situation, i wouldn't be bothering here replying your messages, but instead i would be writing e-mails to someone who is responsible for this. If this is not your first rodeo, then continue your chasing work around other designing sites, and get a life by chasing designers who maybe get stolen things and others that FOR SURE are being STOLEN.
