Brief de Design En-Tête

I would like a standard letter head document that is innovative and not 'typically' corporate.

I would like a BLACK panel of some sort so that the logo can be best showcased within that (as the logo has a black background).

I would like the three words 'dream', 'believe', 'achieve'
inscribed at the side (as per the example I uploaded). Its should be more like a watermark so only just visible.

I would like the K symbol as a water mark on the page (similar to the lion on the example I uploaded).

I would like the following details also included.
