Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for our new Driving School business called "RoadIntel". We pride ourselves on having an extremely thorough understanding of the Road Traffic Code. We produce thoughtful and careful drivers for life and show them how to meet government driving assessment criteria that will ensure they pass the Practical Driving Assessment. We would like our logo to use the colours grey and yellow and perhaps a little blue. "RoadIntel" should hopefully be in large fat font that can be viewed from far away. Somewhere in the logo, the words "Driver Training & Assessment" should be included.

Please take a look at the jpg of the logo I uploaded of another school. I like that logo because it makes the words stand out. I like that colour blending on that too. So feel free to use black also.
