Brief de Design Wordpress

Good day.

I was hoping to buy a professional looking Wordpress template and just fill in the blanks with my personal data and start blogging, but unfortunately my blog posts need to include images that are 756 pixels x 439.

So, I need your help.

1 This is a daily newsletter / blog site only. Not a corporate site.
2 Subject - Stock Market
2 I have no color preferences. I will leave that up to you.
I would like something that looks like this

3 I would like to include Google Ads on both the Home Page and within each post.
4 The home page should show a link and a short summary to each post.
5 The home page should include an email capture box. We use MailChimp)
6 The home page should include a Site Search Box and function.
7 The home page should include a External Links Box.
