1) Are you supplying a logo or space should be left blank for now in design?
2) Do you want any Real Estate designs, photos, graphics etc on the page? and main focus is only those three info. boxes only?
3) Any other description or information do you like to be include on web page such as Address, contact details etc.?
and Is this only Uncoded/Unprogramed project? so that only PSD files will do?
