where is word doc?

I have uploded a picture not a word doc. it''s to give you an  idea of where the posters will go ,.

is thier somthing specific you like or want in the desing ? 

The problem I have is that we cannot get one poster designed for each window we need 3 in each section, because of the frame situation in the window, So providing the posters are in order and promote what services we do I would be happy,

The only issue I suppose would be for the posters to stand out with the correct message and background picture
