Brief de Design 3D

Design brief:

I need about 12 designs (2 floor plans + 10 3D design or illustrations that can be 2D) for a small hostel. The designs will be used for a business grant that I will be applying for. It doesn't mean the hostel will even be set-up.

I kept the project duration as 5 days as the deadline of my business grant competition is Friday, June 28. The latest I am willing to extend the project duration is by Wednesday, June 26.

All the details is in the PDF file attached. It will require a lot of creative energy as I am not being specific with how the designs should turn out. You are free to take on this project as you like and I'll give feedback to help you along the way.
