Brief de Design de Logo

I'm renaming my company, and need a logo.

The new company name is User-Friendly Custom Software. The two-part tag line I'm using with the new name is...

I need a scalable logo with the company name attached.

I like a contemporary, clean look.

I think that one characteristic of a good logo is that it works well even when it is smaller, but I realize there are limits to this.

I like variations of gray, blue, and natural Southwestern USA earth tones. It would be nice if the logo colors would work with the existing website (link above), but that is not absolutely essential since the website colors can be changed. See the second attached file for a two-color scheme one designer has submitted that I like as well.

I'm user-friendly. I do a good job of listening to what my clients want. I'm creative, and my applications are high quality. My work focuses a lot on databases. So, if you can somehow communicate all of that in a logo, I will be impressed.

  Added on Monday 8/29/2011...What about an image that communicates the tag line "Listening - Designing - Building"? It might have three components, component then arrow then component then arrow then component. It's the quality of my listening, desigining, and creating process that makes my software user-friendly.
