Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo design that incorporates a clean, Scandinavian design with a Hawaii flavor or Polynesian flavor.

I'm opening up a coffee roasting and bakery shop in the Chinatown district
of Honolulu. My design idea is a clean, modern, Scandinavian look with a
touch of island flavor. I realized that these two concepts may be
incompatible and that's why turned to your company for inspiration. The
colors that I most like are black, darker shade turquoise, burgundy
and gold but any other color that looks nice on a sign would be acceptable.
I don't want too many different colors in order to keep my printing cost
down.

I will be serving mostly freshly roasted in house Hawaiian coffees,
Hawaiian teas, healthy lunch and breakfast.

My target market is the more discerning coffee and tea consumer and people
who are health conscious when it comes to food. So, downtown business
workers and tourists who may be looking to try out something authentically
local.

The style of the design should be professional, clean, not too cliche (like
a coffee bean or cup unless it's done in a tasteful way), only two or three
colors, and contain the words "Local Joe Honolulu". "Honolulu" in smaller
characters. A graphic such as a coffee mug (good but too cliche) can be included. Not many people know that Joe is another word for coffee so I'd like something that tells potential customers that we are a coffee shop.
