Brief de Design de Logo

Logo for a Utah Mortgage Team that provided home financing in the Utah market. We are called Utah Mortgage Experts. I would like to keep the logo very simple so that when reduced it reproduces well. Logo integrated with the words "Utah Mortgage Experts" is fine, but would like the logo to be able to stand alone. No color preference but we will use in black only, or in reverse, white on color background.
