Brief de Design de Logo

This logo is for a startup small business consultant specializing in locally owned businesses and nonprofits. In addition to business tuneups, we facilitate mutually beneficial partnerships between local businesses and/or nonprofits and will be starting some entrepreneur roundtable/accountability groups. I like a retro or possibly even old fashioned feel, something that hearkens back to the days before strip malls.

One idea I had was something using alchemy symbols for fire and water and air, but I am very open to other creative riffs on the name as well. Looking forward to collaborating with you!

Here are some reference pics for alchemy symbols if you want to try going that direction. Note that the symbols were definitely not completely standardized! I like the not so crisp, handwritten look of these.
