Brief de Design de Logo

time for a refreshed logo. I need a logo that works vertically and horizontally. The font must be a standard MAC font.
Our company takes other company's ideas and develops actions plans to help them achieve their goals, e.g. creating a new company brand all the way to hosting the press release to launch the company. So its project management with creativity.
The tagline says "Turning Ideas into Results"
Color palette - gold of the prairies, blue of the prairie skies - that's the idea.

• you can see our very old website at prairieideas.ca
• We want something that reflects the gold of the prairies where wheat grows and the blue of prairie skies i cant really see the right color on the color wheel below so I leave that to the designer
