One hand over the shoulder and the other putting thumbs up?

The mop should be over the shoulder like the guy, and her other hand should be on her hip

For her head piece would you prefer the hardhat or the baseball cap?

We think leave the hard hat but make it white and the SN letters in the pink

Hello to all designers - Please can you ensure you follow the brief and include the mop on the girls shoulder. It should be similar to the image of the blue guy in the brief. Her other hand should be on her hip. Her hands need to look like hands as well - the image in the brief has been manipulated and some parts have been erased for the brief. Her hard hat should be white and the letters SN should be in the font "Arizonia". If you are unsure of anything or need more clarification please do not hesitate to contact me. Thanks, Chrissy
