Project says Job Type Uncoded PSD design only

The current budget suffices for homepage psd design only - not all pages designed or CSS coded or php integrated or backend or ecommece integrated for this small budget.

in the Note section I am not getting this point. Do you want mentioned website layout? or any particular part of this website

Your given attached logo size is too small

It's just ideas I have in mind but you can go ahead and design it how you know it's best.

Can you make it larger? I am not sure how to do that. Do you need it in a different format? I have it saved as png and pdf file.
