Before I had selected the job, I chatted with DesignCrowd support, and they said because this is the customization of an existing theme, that the coding was already done and I didn't need to choose that option. Did I misunderstand them?

The current budget suffices for homepage psd design only - not all pages designed or CSS coded or php integrated or backend or ecommece integrated for this small budget.
