Brief de Design Publicitaire

We need a design for a 1/3 page ad in a regional fitness magazine. I got the initial design from one of our staffers at the parks dept. and knew we should/could find someone, and spend a little money to do better. I've uploaded the initial design to help with understanding the idea of what we're looking for, but feel free to go in a different direction. Obviously, less text! And I don't know why it has it twice...

• must provide a sense of why outdoor exercise is desirable and that the city of North Little Rock provides those benefits with our wonderful park system. Logo of the city (White or blue) and Parks and Rec contact info must be in ad, though certainly not as prominent as they had displayed in the initial ad.
