Brief de Design de Logo

Our business is called
"Highland Gutters & Flashing Company"
My sister and I are 50% partners and both come from Scotland however we both live within the U.S.A.
We would like our logo to include a depiction of a typical red bearded Scotsman wearing a Kilt with the Kilt being slightly blown up (almost flashing) but not revealing anything, we both have a very good sense of humor and am looking for a very catchy logo design that people will recognize and not forget. we would also like to incorporate the Scottish national flag into the background of the logo which is a blue and white cross flag we would also like to see the Scottish national flower a "Thistle" somewhere within the logo design perhaps as a Tattoo on the characters forearm
