Brief de Design de Logo

We require a new logo for a beachside cafe in Bondi, Australia. We are a busy family run business, with our main trade being breakfast and coffee. The cafe has a rustic homely feel and great views of the ocean,

As part of a rebrand, we are looking for a new logo.
The logo will be incorporated into signage, menus, business cards, our website as well as social media.

We are looking for a hand drawn/sketched style logo with a vintage, coastal feel. We have attached some reference imagery.
The logo could have simple text with a small element of illustration or could be entirely hand drawn.
We would like to avoid typical cliche coastal elements such as an anchors and boat tillers.
Illustrated cutlery or compass elements can be included.
