Brief de Design Wordpress

We need a wordpress design that is ready launch-ready for our Company called Booneview. We allow users to submit their photos to our site in hopes that they will become the "Photo of the Day." Right now we are just running plug-ins to help with User submission but they do not accomplish our main goal: User submission goes directly to a created post and waits for admin approval of launch. We are specifically looking for a method integrated directly into wordpress that will allow users to submit their images and immediately, it automatically creates a post draft for the website admin to approve or deny. The user-submit area should collect the following data: Photo, Photo Information, First and Last name (or social media tag), Mobile Number, and Email List. We would suggest that the user can login to encourage loyalty and constant use.

This website also needs sufficient advertising space and a blog. We are looking to create something that is easy to replicate in multiple cities.

The final design should be ready to launch and be able to accomplish the main goal (successful photo sharing) at the minimum with a sleek design that is easy to use and is responsive.
