Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for our company called Informed Literacy. The purpose of this LLC is to write about and share ideas related to teaching reading with other teachers through an online website. We hope to expand this business by consulting with fellow educators and presenting at educational conferences. We would like to see the logo incorporate a life cycle pointing in a clockwise circle labeled Assess, Analyze, Instruct. While we are not tied to this, we are picturing a circular logo that represents the cycle (Assess, Analyze, Instruct) with our company name (Informed Literacy) prominently displayed. In terms of images, we would be open to having a book or some image related to literacy. We are looking for a professional logo aimed toward educators, not kids. As indicated below, we tend to gravitate toward soothing greens and/or blues/purples.
