Brief de Design de Logo

My business is the manufacturing of premium craft distilled spirits such as white dog (unaged whiskey), Canadian whiskey and other various spirits.
I started and learnt my trade through helping friend's moonshine when I was younger and moonshining in my latter days. I would like the company's logo to express a dark old school moonshiner's history but also say that we aren't making sugar wash (cheap) spirits. We are all about quality and the individual experience when tasting and enjoying a premium spirit.
We also will be using new modern distilling equipment but utilizing old techniques to give our spirits a unique flavor and aroma.
