Brief de Web Design

Currently have a website and like the overall look but it needs revamping and want to add an instant booking button, which I would do later as the unit has a channel manager. Also want to be able to post blogs, etc. Need it to be viewed well on smart phones/tablets. all information related to this unit is on the current site which is www.canberraaccommodationdeaking.com.au if you would view websites similar to booking.com and expedia.com Must be able to be coded in Wordpress

The current design is done in Wordpress so would want this functionality in any new design.
