Real estate services brochure (owners corporation management)

Content has been uploaded in MS word documents and we reserve the right to refine the text in one revision.

We want to showcase a variety of 'trophy' buildings/unit/apartment/factory developments that we manage - I've uploaded these 'case studies' and high res images for each.

Some General services photos to be provided by you.

The brochure is given out to potential owners who we wish to be clients.

We are going to print a few dozen of these in hard copy so will need artwork in nigh resolution pdf format and a web resolution version for emailing potential clients.

• Have a flair of retro design and/or vintage graphics
• 3 full pages of example properties we manage property. see example properties in the case studies. I have uploaded high res images for the full page images and some brief text for these pages

• Must not look like a typical real estate agents brochure (smiling agents, happy home owners)
• Images of people who do not look australian (ie afro american, asian) as this is not our target market. We typically have anglo australian or eruopean looking clients
• We are a young company who pride ourselves on. Efficient services and high tech management systems for the properties we manage
