Brief de Design de Logo

A logo is required for a new commercial construction business, Di Casa Developments. The company's niche focus is on delivering cost effective and sustainable commercial housing solutions for community and government projects, as well as not for profit organisations. The designs are innovative and vary between single story and multiple story structures. The logo must be in line with our brand development strategy. Key messaging to clients and public include;

cutting edge building solutions
sustainable development
working together with organisations to deliver positive outcomes
community focussed, strong corporate social responsibility ethos

The final design should be fresh and modern and reflective of the above messaging.

UPDATE:

I would like the name of the company incorporated into the design of the logo. I am thinking that a bold modern font be used.

The concept I was thinking could be incorporated into the logo is the use of little squares morphing into bigger squares, and eventually cubes symbolic of building bricks that become 3D structures. I was keen on using a neutral pallet grey or beige with bright accents, even to the extent of being neon with black outlines, or black background.
