Brief de Design de Logo

I'm looking for an awesome logo for my new business venture, which is called "REaloutsourcing"

This new business will be similar in function to eLancer / Freelancer / DesignCrowd etc.

We will be offering this service to real estate agencies - to help them fill the gaps when they need short term or casual staff.

This is a pure REAL ESTATE service - I've called the business "REaloutsourcing" the RE being short for Real Estate.

I want a text / logo design - focus on the fact that RE stands for Real Estate. I would be happy to consider catch phrases underneath the name or logo that link the service with the logo.

I want creativity! I want it to be bold, funky, slick and cool, but also professional.

It is vitally important that the logo and text is clear, if it just says "realoutsourcing", that's not good enough. The RE needs to stand out, and there needs to be something linking the RE to the name.
