pixel or vector?

I do not know too much about it, however my graphic designer friend has told me Vector so that I can enlarge it to any size I require.

The girl. Any specificity's on the dress and heels (besides it being upmarket)?
And, hopefully this doesn't come across as odd, but what is she doing on the toilet? Just sitting or utilising it?
I need to know this to from the dress appropriately.

The girl is using the toilet. However for the drawing she just has to be sitting elegantly.
