Brief de Design de Logo

Eye Sight & Surgical Institute is the new, rebranding name for a well know and established Ophthalmology practice,
(MD / Physicians and surgeons, not optometrist's) We combine medical, surgical, clinical, academic, research as well as eastern and western medical care to maximize a persons eye sight and health. There has never been a time in history that provides the ability to diagnosis and care for a person's visual and ocular needs more so than today. We are at the forefront of utilizing and creating the care of today and tomorrow through the highest standards. The final design should convey knowledge, compassion, optimism, safety and strength, BUT WE WOULD PREFER A LOGO WITHOUT AN "EYE" IN THE LOGO OR ONE THAT IS VERY ARTISTICALLY INCORPORATED.
I have attached the current logo which is an iris split into three sections. Please note that this current logo can be altered or not used at all.
